Counselling Cell

Counseling is an important aspect of the educational process. The College has a Counseling Cell’s mission is to help students make informed decisions and improve adjustment and mental wellness. Counseling has a psychological goal of assisting development. The more a person is conscious of the structures she has developed over time — abilities and talents, social assets and liabilities, emotional strengths and weaknesses – the better. Wishes, ideals, and aspirations – the more choices she makes, the more she can impact her own later development. Counseling’s key goals are to promote this kind of awareness and make this kind of decision easier.
Objectives:

  • To determine an individual’s issue areas or difficulties, as well as their potential and limitations.
  • To assist pupils in realising their full potential by increasing their self-awareness and allowing them to fully utilise environmental resources.
  • To assist students in reducing suffering, finding acceptable solutions, making responsible decisions, and becoming self-actualized individuals.
